1. Check-In  There is a sign-in book near the entrance, please sign-in daily. Parents please avoid dropping the student off without making contact with an instructor. (Students with Lindero Summer Camp will be signed-in by a camp counselor)
2. Payment  Payment-in-full is due by the first day of class. If special arrangements need to be made, please do so prior to the first day of instruction. There are no refunds. A credit may be applied for no longer than one year.
3. Booking Classes  You can schedule your class by phone: (805) 647-6374, by email: info@marjeansswimland.com, or by stopping by our office Monday through Friday.
4. Make-ups  Please call and leave a message if you are unable to make your class. Being family operated, we know things come up. We will do our best to accommodate you in making up any classes you miss without an additional fee. All make-up classes should be completed within the same season purchased, exceptions will be made with prior approval by Marjean or Cyndi. There are no refunds for classes missed. A credit may be applied for no longer than one year.
5. Parental Supervision  We require a parent/guardian maintain direct supervision of all students under 16 years of age or with special needs at all times. The parent/guardian must remain in the facility. In case of an emergency, parents must be immediately available. There is no recreation or play time allowed before or after classes.
6. Holidays/Closures  Make-up classes are offered for the holidays in which the school is closed. There are various times, personal or other, that the pool may have to be closed. We strive to keep these at a minimum. We will do our best to accommodate you in making up these classes. There are no refunds for classes missed. A credit may be applied for no longer than one year.
